Frequently asked questions
You can easily return items by following these steps:
1. Tear off the Return Form and fill in the code that best explains the reason for your return.
2. Place the Return Form together with the item(s) you wish to return in a suitable bag/box, e.g the one you got from Cotton House By Nisa.
3. Depending on which carrier that delivered your order you need follow one of the two options below:
Attach the self-adhesive address label to your parcel and send an email to help@anchanto.com to order a home pick-up for your returns. Please provide your name, mobile number, pick up address, order number, quantity and approximated weight of return items in the email. Anchanto will contact you after receiving your email.

Visit UPS.com for details on how to print a return label, book your return, and schedule a pick-up.
Return fee: RM 9.90
Click here to print an empty Return Form in case you lost the one in the parcel.
REFUNDS
It will take approximately 28 working days for refund processing of your returned parcel. Once we have received your parcel in our warehouse, we will refund the value of your returned items less the return fee of RM 9.90 to the same card initially used for the purchase.
Please note, that Cotton House By Nisa will not be able to refund any additional charges, such as import taxes/customs duties, or cross border fees, applied by your local customs office or bank.
How to pay these fees: Once the parcel has entered the destination market it will be held by Customs for clearance. During this time, import duties and tax fees (should they apply) will be calculated by the present authority. Our transport partner will contact you once the order has reached the local Customs and inform you what you need to pay before the order can go through customs.
Please note that Cotton House does not compensate for any additional charges, nor refunds them in case of returns.
